Alliance submitted comments to CMS on reducing reporting burden on Navigators, improving transparency, and enhancing data to include information on why individuals who receive Navigation services choose not to enroll in Affordable Care Act (ACA) offerings in order to better design ACA offerings and understand individual and family needs.
