Not-for-profit organizational members are national, state, or local leadership organizations that support our advocacy and programs to achieve the best health for all. Dues are based on the annual budget and make it possible for us not to accept funds from tobacco, alcohol, or soda companies. Members are an integral part of the Alliance Network and Early Alert System.
Annual Dues
Based on your annual budget.
National not-for-profit
Under $1 million — $500
$1 to $3 million — $1,000
$3 to $5 million — $2,000
$5 to $8 million — $3,000
Over $8 million — $5,000
State or regional not-for-profit
Under $1 million — $500
$1 to $3 million — $1,000
$3 to $5 million — $1,500
$5 to $8 million — $2,000
Over $8 million — $2,500
Local not-for-profit
Under $1 million — $100
$1 to $3 million — $200
$3 to $5 million — $300
$5 to $8 million — $400
Over $8 million — $500
How to Apply
What we need from new members.
New members are requested to include a copy of their IRS Determination Letter along with an annual report or most recent IRS 990 for review by the Alliance's New Member Committee.
